We have four types of holiday caravan for hire.

Type A is 12ft wide and has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two with two single beds.Type A Deluxe, with Central Heating and Double Glazing .Type B is 10ft wide and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.Type B Deluxe, with Central Heating and Double Glazing .

All the caravans have a shower, toilet, colour television, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooker and gas fire. Electricity and gas are included in the hire charge.

The caravans are fully equipped apart from linen, that is you need to bring duvet covers, sheets, pillow-cases, towels and tea-towels with you. In the 3- bedroomed caravans we provide 6 pillows and 5 duvets. In the 2 bedroomed caravans we provide 4 pillows, and 3 duvets. Some linen can be provided by arrangement (ask for price list). The week runs from Saturday to Saturday. The caravans are available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Infants: There is no charge for infants under 2 years old.
Discount: A discount of £10 is made if you book for two consecutive weeks.
Senior Citizens: A 10% discount is made off the basic rate if you are a Senior Citizen - over 60 years. (This discount does not apply to our “Three Nights for the price of Two” mid week breaks).
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hire caravans.
T.V Remotes: These are collected from Lakeside shop. A £20 refundable deposit is required.
Gas and Electricity: These are both provided free of charge in the caravans.A non-refundable deposit of £70.00 per caravan per week is payable at the time of booking.  The balance is due four weeks before the start of your holiday.  Offers of caravans are made subject to availability and no caravan is deemed reserved until the deposit has been received.  If a booking is made within four weeks of the holiday dates, full payment should accompany your booking form.  All damages must be paid for.
BOOKINGS BY TELEPHONE: Bookings can be made for both camping and hire caravan holidays by quoting your credit card details.
GENERAL:
1) Pets are not allowed in the holiday hire caravans.
2) If you are planning to water ski, remember to bring your boat 3rd party insurance details and your proof of BWSF membership with you, otherwise we will not be able to issue you with a permit to use the lake.
3) Although we will do our utmost to provide the holiday arrangements that have been confirmed, we must reserve the right to increase prices or alter holiday arrangements in the event of conditions arising outside our direct control.
4) Children under 16 years old will not be allowed into the bar or surrounding area unless accompanied by a responsible adult. At certain times, after 10.00pm. children will only be allowed in the family area at the rear of the bar.
